Discipline is at the forefront of many of our minds, and it’s something a lot of us struggle with.
On YouTube, I recently took a poll to find out what topic the Orion community would like more guidance and information on. From subjects like gratitude, compassion, control, and acceptance.
Discipline came up as number one.

Discipline is a subject that gathers a lot of interest. Consciously or subconsciously, I think we all know at some level that our level of discipline is the difference between falling into bad habits and staying where we are or developing good habits that will allow us to move closer to where we want to be.
